Our body’s energies are key to our vitality, health & well-being. Energy as Medicine is an art of working with subtle energy fields that comprise a complete system for self-care.  Our body has the capacity to heal.  Energetic interventions provide the juice to restore energy that is weak, disturbed or out of balance and promote higher-levels of health, wellness and peak performance. 

I offer modalities from healing traditions such as Eden Method, Acupressure, Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, Applied Kinesiology & Traditional Chinese Medicine.  In a typical teaching or client session I may:

1.   Tap, massage, hold & connect energy acupoints 

2.   Move my hand along an energy pathway (meridian) 

3.   Educate & teach exercises to promote wellness
