Reiki is a system of natural healing that utilizes universal energy.  The Chinese call this energy Chi.  Reiki is a gentle hands on session that can help alleviate stress in the body. It is deeply relaxing.

 Remote Appointments Only 

Distance work is pretty much the same as in-person, except we do not have physical contact with each other.  As you prepare for your session, consider what goal you have for our time together. 

Distance sessions are based on the entanglement theory:  everything is frequency; energy is all there is and we are all connected.  The connection with the client is primarily energetic rather than physical.  

Sessions take place on the phone. 

Here are a few guidelines to support a successful remote session:

1.  Please charge your phone!

2. Call me at our appointed time (we do not need a visual connection)

3.  Allow 75 - 90 minutes in a quiet space - no distractions 

4.  You can sit and/or lie down - be warm and comfortable   

5.  Hydrate  (H2O)
